OFAAL Student ID Registration
Dear OFAAL member,
We are improving the facilities offered by this site and in order for you to benefit from the new arrangements for the examination process, i.e. use of Application form, Admission Card and Results, we will now require you to register your details on this OFAAL web site.
The Registration process is a once only process for all Candidates and Teachers which require you to..
a) Enter your personal details to obtain a unique OFAAL userID account and then
b) Activating the account.
The personal details required to obtain a unique OFAAL-ID are
1) Date of Birth, in numerical format
2) Salutation. (Mr, Mrs, Mas, Mis, Dr)
3) Firstname - Your given birth Name
4) Surname - Your Family name, Second Name
5) Address details of Residence
6) Email - details for communication of Activation email and other examination process use.
7) Contact Telephone Number.
As part of the above, you will also need to enter a password twice for your own account and a displayed Verification code and submit.
Once you have successfully registered, (Register + Activation) you can then use your unique OFAAL-id and your personal password at the time of registration to log into the OFAAL web-site.
If you are an existing OFAAL candidate and you have entered your registration details correctly, you will be able to view your past Results on selection of the Results tab under the Examination menu Tab.
Also, within the updated menu tab on the left, once you have successfully logged in, you also will have the capability to update all your personal details except (Firstname, Surname and Date of Birth).
Teachers: Once you have registered and activated your account, please contact your OFAAL co coordinator to have your privilege level enhanced to give your additional options to update your profile to include the fine arts subject you teach. (This will aid your students to select your name correctly when the application form is being submitted.)
Its very important, you must record and keep safe your OFAAL -id details and Password safely for your use, as the OFAAL id will be used as your permanent student-id for all your interaction with OFAAL. i.e. Application, Admission and Viewing your Results securely.
Secures your data and only visible to you and maintains confidentiality.

Apply for Examination and pay by Debit/Credit cards.
Failing to register and not using your OFAAL - iD credentials will stop you from obtaining your Admission card details and Results and more and may incur a charge of £2 pounds or more for administrative charges.
